A. BBCS has determined that to maintain the testimony of our female students, and the integrity of our school; that culottes, skirts or dresses only must be worn on all non-chapel days. No gauchos allowed.

B. Hemlines of dresses, skirts and culottes must be below the knee.  Skirts with slits may be worn only if the slit begins below the knee. No slacks, jeans, shorts, sundresses, razor shirts, tank tops, wrap around skirts, tube tops or form fitting tops will be permitted.

C. Culottes - a women's split-skirt cut to resemble a skirt. Culottes must fit loose enough that a person can pinch at lease 1" of extra fabric on both sides at the fullest part of the hips. Culotte legs must be flared to looked like a skirt.  At the hem there must be at least 6" of fabric between the outside of the leg and the side seam.  ( Note: Don't forget to leave enough fabric in the hem for future growth.)

D. During Cold weather (temperature of 60 degrees or cooler) girls are permitted to wear tights or leggings only under their culottes and skirts. Sweat pants, pajamas pants, lounge pants or jeans may not be worn under culottes.

E. Necklines may measure no lower the three finger's width below the joining of the collarbones under the neck.

F. Sleeveless blouses may be worn if undergarments are not showing and it does not resemble a tank top.  Sleeveless sweaters and blouses with excessively large armholes may not be worn unless another blouse is worn under it.

G. Proper undergarments must be worn at all times.

H. No flip-flops may be worn.  Sandals are permitted.

I. Girls may not apply make- up or nail polish during class time, break time or lunchtime.  Students should not loan make-up, hairbrushes, or combs to others.

J. No Gothic make-up or nail polish will be allowed(example: dark blue, green or black colors).

K. No body piercing or gauging allowed. Pierced ears only will be allowed.

L. Girls K-4 thru 2nd grade will be required to wear shorts under their skirts.

M. No Tattoos - temporary or permanent
